Please note: If you qualify for Net Surplus Compensation, you will automatically receive your Net Surplus Compensation as a credit on your energy bill. If you are a current Central Coast Community Energy (3CE) customer, you can request your Net Surplus Compensation as a check if you are above the thresholds. If you are no longer a 3CE customer, you may request Net Surplus Compensation as a check. There is no minimum threshold for former 3CE customers. If you are requesting Net Surplus Compensation for multiple accounts, you must fill out a separate form for each account. If this request is made more than 45 days after the Net Surplus Compensation has appeared on your bill, it will require additional processing and an extended time frame.
